Description

The Child Support Directors Association invites you to participate in the 2023 CSDA Legal College.  This will be an in-person event in beautiful Palm Springs. The College serves as a vital advocacy, education, and collaboration resource as we bring the California child support legal community together. The College is an essential tool to assist attorneys and non-attorney staff with learning about the ever-changing legal and policy landscape of child support. 

Please join us as we explore the “The Golden Era of Child Support” legal issues ranging from Legislative and Case Law Updates, Parentage, UIFSA – Hague, Ethics, Bias, Competency, and more.

The intended audience is attorneys working on behalf of local child support agencies.

Registration

To register for the 2023 CSDA Legal College, please click on the register button to your right. 

It's important to ensure that the name on the credit card matches the person who is registering to avoid any payment processing issues. Additionally, indicating the email addresses of attorneys when an admin is registering a group is helpful for communication and user identification purposes.
