FEM Collaboration Chat - Session 3: Motion for Judgment Hearings in Earning Capacity Cases

Description
We expect that at the time of this session our local child support agencies will already have motion for judgment hearings on their court calendars to establish earning capacity. We will discuss best practices for preparing and presenting an earning capacity case to the court. This is a great opportunity to discuss procedural changes, ask any questions you may have, and learn from your colleagues statewide. In this session will also provide tips and best practices for properly documenting earning capacity judgments in CSE to ensure proper tracking and tasking of motions to set aside and annual review requirements.
